NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”). THEY CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, JURY AND CLASS ACTION WAIVERS, LIMITATIONS ON TOP OF THE MORNIN' COFFEE LIABILITY AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION
The Top of the Mornin' Coffee Seán's Spring Surprise Box Golden Egg Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Friday, March 20th 2026 at 12PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on April 15th 2026 at 12PM PT, or while supplies last (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Top of the Mornin Coffee LLC, 4817 N 56th #45 Lincoln NE 68504, ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, and each of Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Sweepstakes (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members and those residing in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
a. By Purchasing a Seán's Spring Surprise Box: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit topofthemornincoffee.com and purchase a Sean's Spring Surprise Box. Each box contains one (1) egg. If that egg is a golden egg you are a potential winner. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon purchase.
b. Without Making a Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, send an email to info@topofthemornincoffee.com with your full name, age, mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address. Be sure to write "TOTM Golden Egg Sweepstakes" in the email subject line. If you send an email that conforms to these requirements you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible entrant regardless of method of entry. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and originating at any other website or email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor to have been submitted in this manner will be void.
4. THE GOLDEN EGG AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
Five (5) golden eggs have been randomly distributed across Seán's Spring Surprise Box orders during the Sweepstakes Period. A potential winner who entered by purchasing a Sean's Spring Surprise Box will be notified upon discovering a golden egg inside their box. To claim a prize the potential winner must:

Take a clear photograph of their golden egg.

Email the photograph to info@topofthemornincoffee.com with the subject line TOTM GOLDEN EGG WINNER within thirty (30) days of their order delivery date.

Include their full name, mailing address and order number in the email.
A potential winner who entered without making a purchase will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of delivery or prize notification, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. PRIZES AND ODDS
There are five (5) prizes available. Each of the five (5) winners will receive one (1) Top of the Mornin' Coffee gift card valued at fifty dollars ($50.00 USD). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00 USD).
Gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions, are valid for use on topofthemornincoffee.com only, have no cash value and are non transferable. Prizes are non assignable and no cash alternative or substitution will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be substituted.
Odds of receiving a golden egg depend on the total number of Seán's Spring Surprise Box orders placed during the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum of five (5) golden eggs will be distributed. No method of purchase increases or decreases the odds of receiving a golden egg.
6. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The winner shall be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize. Prizes pictured in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household.
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING EGGS
Sponsor is not responsible for golden eggs that are damaged, lost or destroyed during shipping or handling. If you believe your egg was damaged in transit please contact our customer support team at info@topofthemornincoffee.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and egg. Sponsor will review each case individually and reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or alternative resolution is appropriate at its sole discretion.
8. PHOTO SUBMISSION AND PUBLICITY
By submitting a photograph of your golden egg to claim your prize you grant Top of the Mornin Coffee LLC a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual license to use your photograph and likeness on our social media channels, website and marketing materials without further compensation unless prohibited by law. You confirm that the photograph submitted is your own original image and that you have full rights to share it. Where legally permissible, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation.
9. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE AND FORCE MAJEURE
Entrants agree that Sponsor (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession or use of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines in its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired, corrupted or that fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have undermined the integrity or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event of Force Majeure, including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, act of God, labor dispute, government order or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
11. ARBITRATION
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes with, or claims against, Sponsor relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Sweepstakes, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.

13. WINNERS LIST
To obtain a copy of the winners list, send a self addressed stamped envelope to: TOTM Golden Egg Sweepstakes Winners List, TOTM LLC, 4817 N 56th #45 Lincoln NE 68504. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners may also be announced on our website and social media channels following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
