How can I start a return?
To start your return, contact us at info@topofthemornincoffee.com. Please include your order number, email address and shipping zip code. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order being received. What items are eligible for return?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of order shipped date. Items must be returned in new condition. This means your item must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. Items that appear worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke/perfume will not be accepted. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. Perishable goods such as coffee, tea, cold brew, hot cocoa, and chocolate products cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return label shipping cost, the amount of which will be deducted from the final refund amount. You will receive an estimate of return shipping cost at the time of submitting your return request.
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, we apologize! Please contact us at info@topofthemornincoffee.com, and we will help arrange a replacement.
We do not currently accept returns for international orders, so please keep this in mind if you are shopping on Top of the Mornin’ Coffee outside of the US.
What happens if I do not receive my package?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misaddressed packages. Shipping costs are also non-refundable for orders that have been lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as Returned to Sender and you would like us to reship it, you will be billed the actual cost for shipping prior to reshipment.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on normal processing times for your payment method.
Late or missing refunds
We occasionally have to redo refunds but usually they just take a bit longer than expected to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@topofthemornincoffee.com.
