delicious but grainy

I love the taste, but my mix never seems to fully dissolve and I’m left with an awful grainy sludge at the bottom, making me unable to finish my cup :( I’ve seen plenty of good reviews that claim the opposite so maybe I just got an off batch?? Overall pretty good but prob won’t order again.
