Yes! We order only specialty grade coffee, which is the highest rating coffee can get. What does that mean? To be specialty grade the coffee must be almost entirely free of defects and stand out in one attribute.

If your bag is unopened, our beans stay fresh for up to a year. Once opened, enjoy peak freshness for a few weeks. For best results, keep them in an airtight container and stash them in a cool, dark spot (like your pantry) to lock in that absurdly good flavor.

For drip coffee, we recommend a water-to-coffee ratio of 17:1, which is about 10 grams of coffee per 6oz cup. If you prefer a stronger brew or are using a French Press, a ratio of 15:1 works perfectly. For French Press, use a coarse grind, steep for about 4 minutes, then plunge. For cold brew, combine 1 part coarsely ground coffee with 4 parts cold water, let it steep in the fridge for 12–24 hours, then strain and serve over ice. These are just a few of our recommendations!
