1. Add 1 stick of matcha in a shaker or cup
2. Add 6 oz – 8 oz (3/4 cup – 1 cup) water or milk of your choice, then add ice (optional, recommended in shaker)
3. Shake or whisk hard for 20 – 30 seconds -
1. Add 1 stick of matcha to a bowl or mug
2. Add 1oz (2 tbsp) hot water (175F)
3. Mix with a bamboo whisk or handheld frother
4. Add 6-8oz (3/4 - 1 Cup) of hot milk -
