Love this coffee

I've drank this coffee for a couple years now and I'm still hooked always a quality taste and a beautiful brew.

Best coffee ever. Wish they would bring back the instant version. Loved taking them on camping trips was able to enjoy my favorite coffee ever away from home. 🫶🏼

10/10, best coffee I had in years!

I’m usually very picky when it comes to dark roast coffee. They are either not strong enough in flavor, or they straight up taste like cardboard. But this coffee. It’s perfect! The flavor is just right, and it mixes well with milk and flavored syrups. After trying my first cup of it, I just had to have a second, and then a third! Once I’m done with this bag, I’m going to order more as well as try some of the other roasts that they sell. 10/10 if you love a good dark roast!

A new go to!

I needed to find a new go to roast during Thankmas and used my donation gift card to try all the dark roasts. I’m in love with Midnight Oil and haven’t bought a different roast since trying it.

I buy this all the time for my husband. I love it too though I always like trying new flavors Top Of The Morning makes so I always have my own so I’m not taking up his favorite blend. ^^’

Top of the Mornin’ started with high quality coffee. We small batch roast, just before shipping, using the highest quality beans that are responsibly sourced. We built Top of the Mornin’ on our passion for craft coffee.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to switch from certified organic beans to non-organic beans. This change allows us to source from a wider variety of exceptional coffee producers and keep our costs down, so we can continue offering you the high-quality coffee you love at a reasonable price. Rest assured, our beans are still sustainably sourced to ensure we deliver a product you can feel good about.
We work to find only responsibly, sustainably, and ethically sourced beans. This means we look into the grower and try to get to know their story. We avoid corporate owned farms and prefer family owned farms or coops. When it comes to the coffee, we only order specialty grade coffee.

We change the origin(s) of the blends from time to time as beans come in and out of availability. Our goal is to keep the taste profile of the coffee consistent over time.
We order only specialty grade coffee, which is the highest rating coffee can get. To be specialty grade the coffee must be almost entirely free of defects and stand out in one attribute.
Top of the Mornin’ Coffee is small batch roasted. Small batch roasting ensures better temperature control of the beans during the process which prevents burning or inconsistent flavor. The beans you order have usually been roasted just before shipping to assure maximum freshness.
When ordering the coffee beans, you can choose to have the beans come to you whole, or pre-ground. Whenever beans are ground, they start to deteriorate faster. For the best cup of coffee, we suggest ordering whole beans and grinding them yourselves with a "Burr Mill Grinder."
