Sonny Glass Mug

Well, first off, I didn't know that Sean/JackSepticeye and "Meeting Team" decided to change Shipping Companies. The Passport and Canada Post both suck!! No one is giving a HONEST/Correct estimate of when my Package will arrive and it's "possible" it might be in my Country/City. Also, your Main Shipping Page doesn't have an update either. Someone is lagging on the updates. Just some information; Labour Day is done, so you can take down the "Please be advised..." banner. Your Shipping Updates/Subscribe to Delivery "Status" doesn't work. There's HASN'T been ANY updates to my Email, nor does refreshing work to "update" your Shipping Page. It's broken!! Still waiting on my Order/delivery. It was quoted "Sept 4-6th 2023." Obviously HASN'T shown up or this would be a better response. Thanks, but maybe if you go back to Purolator or UPS which ever it was before "PassPort" AND Canada Post (was when I last ordered from TOTM: May 4 2023.), then maybe I'll order in the Future. #GreatTeasandHotCocoa :) <3

It's a cute mug, I think it would be better if the image was on the other side tho since most people hold their mugs with their right hand, so the image will get smudged... But I love the image, puts me in a good mood when I drink my bean juice in the morning
